The My Spectrum app is a utility program by Charter/Spectrum for Spectrum subscribers. It lets you customize your WiFi network, pay your bills, troubleshoot your devices, view package details, channel lineups, and more. With this, you get access to Spectrum services and your Spectrum account wherever and whenever you want.
What does the My Spectrum app do?
The My Spectrum app claims to make life easier when it comes to handling your Spectrum account. To begin, open the app and log in with your Spectrum.com credentials. Since the software will store your username and password, you just have to do this once. Your Billing tab would appear first. You will use this page to pay your bills, access your billing statements, enroll in autopay, and opt for paperless billing to collect your bills electronically.
All your account details, including your account number, user number, email address, and phone number, will be shown on the Account page. The Spectrum Wi-Fi profile allows you to update here, which allows your devices to scan and connect automatically to any of the Spectrum Hotspots of the range. You can also edit and sign off from this tab, and use a different e-mail address and password to log in. The Services tab lists the services of the Spectrum on the right.
Tap each service to view your Spectrum equipment, see more information about it, or view problem-solving posts. You also have the option of viewing your password on the Services tab. Lastly, the Help Tab. This is helpful when you plan to move locations and need your Spectrum services transferred. You can also access tutorials and additional customer service from this tab.

The My Spectrum app offers an extensive array of options for Spectrum subscribers. You get to stay on top of your bills and make changes to your account anywhere and anytime you want. It also provides you with all of Spectrum’s resources whenever your Spectrum internet is down so you can troubleshoot issues or immediately contact Spectrum customer support.
